The domain https://sami.vet/ is owned by SAAS Factory S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (hereinafter "SAMI"). This Legal Notice establishes the Terms and Conditions of Use that regulate the download, access, and use of our mobile application (the "Application") and our website.
The current version of the Application is available free of charge. Access to the Application implies that the user acknowledges, accepts, and consents without reservation to these Terms of Use.
Acceptance of Terms
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not access the Application. Your continued use of SAMI.vet means that you accept these terms and any future updates to them.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will publish the new terms on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
Our Commitment
SAMI is committed to providing reliable and high-quality services for the administration of contracting services and products from veterinary clinics.
We value your comments and suggestions to continuously improve our services and your experience with SAMI.vet.
Purpose
The Application allows managing contracting of veterinary services and products, providing access to these services and products, as well as information regarding equipment, rates, promotions, and any other related information (the "Services and Products").
The Application is designed for personal use related to professional veterinary activities or for use and contracting through a legal entity whose object is linked to veterinary services and pet care.
Technical Requirements
To use the Website and the Application, you must have a compatible phone or mobile device, with an internet connection that meets the minimum specifications.
You acknowledge that operation depends on the internet and mobile networks, so quality and availability may be affected by factors outside of SAMI's control.
Limitations of Liability
SAMI, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates are excluded from any liability for damages caused by the lack of security of linked sites.
We do not control or guarantee the absence of viruses in the content of linked sites, nor of other elements that could produce alterations in your computer systems.
Modifications to the Service
SAMI may, at any time and without prior notice, make corrections, additions, improvements, or modifications to the content, presentation, information, services, and other elements of the site, without this giving rise to any claim or compensation.
Copyright
Intellectual and industrial property rights over the Website and the Application are owned by SAMI, corresponding to it the exclusive exercise of exploitation rights in any form.
Third-party rights holders over photographs, logos, and other symbols or content included have granted the corresponding authorizations for their reproduction and distribution.
Usage Restrictions
Reproduction, modification, distribution, commercialization, decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, or any means to obtain the source code without express authorization is prohibited, constituting an infringement of SAMI's intellectual property rights.
Trial Period
SAMI offers a 15-day trial period so you can evaluate our services. During this period, an initial charge of $5 USD (five dollars) will be made to activate your access to the platform.
This initial charge is required to validate your payment method and ensure full access to all SAMI functionalities during the evaluation period.
Automatic Billing
By requesting the trial period, you expressly authorize that at the end of the 15 days, the charge for the monthly plan you have selected (Enterprise or another available plan) be made automatically.
Automatic billing will be processed using the payment method you provided during registration, without the need for additional action on your part.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the trial period ends to avoid the automatic monthly plan charge. Cancellation must be done through your user panel or by contacting our support team.
IMPORTANT: If you do not request cancellation before the expiration of the 15-day trial period, the selected plan charge will proceed automatically and will NOT be refundable. By accepting the registration and these terms and conditions during account creation, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy for processed automatic charges.
Once the monthly plan charge is processed, billing will follow a recurring monthly cycle. Refunds for future services will be handled in accordance with our specific refund policies available on the platform, but the first automatic charge following the trial period remains non-refundable under any circumstances.
Manual Payments: All payments made manually by the user, including but not limited to one-time payments, balance top-ups, purchases of additional services, or any transaction voluntarily initiated by the user outside the automatic billing cycle, are NOT refundable under any circumstances. By making a manual payment, the user expressly accepts this no-refund policy.
Price Modification
SAMI reserves the right to modify the prices of its plans and services with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will not affect billing cycles already in progress.
Additional Terms
SAMI may add supplementary conditions relating to specific areas or new services, which will form an integral part of this agreement once published.
Assignment of Rights
SAMI may assign all or part of its rights and obligations derived from this agreement, being released from any obligation established therein.
Termination
SAMI reserves the right to terminate this agreement or discontinue the Website definitively without any liability and without prior notice.
Applicable Law
This agreement shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, and any controversy shall be submitted to its courts.
